Yiyuan Yuantong Machinery Co., Ltd, located in Dongyuan Industrial Area for Private-owned Enterprises, Yiyuan County, with land area of 80,000sq.m, 150km away from Jinan Airport and 250km from Qingdao Port, is a private-owned enterprise specializing in casting and machining. Now the company employs 680 staff, including 60 special technicians, and owns fixed capital of RMB 50 million. Founded in 1958, the company was restructured into a joint stock company in 1992. At present, the company owns a clay sand casting assembly line and two resin sand production line, one 5T/H, 7T/H, 10T/H cupola, 2T/H, 0.5T/H electric Furnace respectively, with annual designed capacity of 40,000t, and control equipments and analyzing means, such as stokehold rapid analyzer, spectrum analyzer, and physical & chemical analyzing equipments. Additionally, the company introduces casting technique from world famous Meehanite companies. The company can manufacture various gray irons, ductile cast irons, other alloy cast irons, cast steels and stainless steel parts, etc. The main products include large gearbox body, box lid, and various motor cases and end caps, etc. Our single cylinder diesel products are mainly sold to domestic large scale agricultural machinery and motor companies, such as Shifeng Group, Huali Group, and Rongcheng Haishan Group, etc; and our shipping water pump body and hoisting machinery components are exported to Japan and South Korea, etc. We establish perennial partnership with world famous motor corporations. The company owns two workshops with advanced equipments, such as NC vertical lathe, digital display vertical lathe, vertical processing center, horizontal processing center, NC mill, planer type mill, and three-coordinate measuring machine, etc, which can meet the rough and finish machining demands of domestic and foreign machinery and electromechanical components. The company owns self import & export rights.
